I went to a conference where there were a number of speakers talking about China's growth.
Effectively they said this compounding, YOY growth will result in IO demand continuing significantly in the future. One speaker said to satisfy increases in IO demand the equivalent of FMG's 100tpa ramp up would need to be repeated annually.
Whilst there may be some overlap with a few big miners bringing significant production online in the next 12 months, it will quickly be swallowed up by the demand.
Happy days ladies and gents. I picked up some at $5.32, neat little profit showing so far, but i'll give it a few years at least before i'd sell.
