An easy dish to make at home?
And NOT a ‘swill’ @watso, t’was a CULL!
Cull the fridge for leftover baked veg, add a garlic clove and sizzle it for a bit then throw in the eggs and mess them up gently with the (undressed) remains of a kale and cabbage slaw
PLUS ..
• sriracha,
• soy,
• Worcestershire sauce
• and another hot barbecue sauce (one of the ones that cuckoos free rent in people’ fridges for a season of forever and a day)
Hot and bright and surprisingly tasty, and sadly there were no leftovers :/
