I am not so sure about the retrace of the SP. It usually happens to the company with REGULAR dividend. People buy a month (or a couple months) later with the expectation of the divi payment in the next half. In the CFE case, the return will only be realised once we have a capital transaction (eg. float or trade sale) of assets in the portfolio.
