That is alright if you are the vulture fund, but if you are a retail investor and see your company being dissected and the eyes picked purely for the benefit if the vulture fund, than the situation changes.
If a company's board is not suitable, replace the board.
But don't allow a vulture to steal the best sections of your company and after walk away.
It is the one of the duties of a board to stop that from happening and not to jump in bed with the vultures.
