If oil keeps up as it is the next 12 month the cash flow, plus what they have in hand and the credit line finance in place. There is oodles of cash for there needs. Then double that there after would seem there is plenty cash, to develop further and a div. A sudden Russian move would kick oil above 100 quick time. Not really a move I would like to see for that reason. Could see the highs tested again on Monday.
