In this interview Brent Cook (at 16mins 30 secs) clearly states that Novo have tens of KMS (100kms is mentioned) of potential for this discovery where as ARV have maybe 5kms. That seems to make it quite clear why NOVO is trading at such a massive premium compared to ARV.
He also mentions a few times they need to figure out if its economic, what would be the possibilities that would make this uneconomic? He says he has never seen this type of deposit before so All I can guess given my limited knowledge is that it could be some kind of freak discovery that is focused on a very small area and that when drilling commences the potential for continued high concentrates of gold will dither away?
