I know what you mean. The thinking seems to be the oil market needs a little dose of "Shock & Awe" therapy from OPEC/non-OPEC. Catch 22 is it probably won't eventuate, only because it probably isn't really required. Rebalancing is already happening, US oil inventories sustaining weekly series of draws, another from EIA overnight. Venezuela may go tits up at any moment, will do the same job.
Eric/PS comment was tongue in cheek - then again, maybe Eric will Shock & Awe them in Noosa
