    this is what happens when our investment strategy is based on share price movements influencing our emotions (fear of pain of course) rather than fundamentals. Sure it is a normal human behaviour and we just need to control ourselves better if we want to succeed long term. Never stop learning, we might not be Warren Buffett but at least we need to act like one to discipline ourselves in the right direction.
