    OPEC÷ is a cartel.
    cartels are not allowed, but this one is.
    Crude price at 40 is over price as there is too much of it out there.
    But wait, crude price is not allow to fall - the US Banks are dependent on it, so the
    stock market as well.
    Stock not allow to fall.
