Brent seems to holding up very well despite WTI's fall. With the potential for continued unrest in Libya/Sudan and and no resolution yet for Iran in Geneva, hopefully ROC should be able start making some real money.
Would it be overly optimistic to expect a dividend next year?
I know the value hasn't been there in the past few years due to high capex/offshore risks/hedging but I think the company will be able to deliver.
Maybe we could get into DLS value territory?
