They also voluntarily chose to default on the Oct 17.5 million payment which triggered everything when they had 53 million plus in the bank.
Then a mysterious standstill agreement, all planned.
A suspension which was solely put in place to chase a recap and thereby stingy creditors.
Was it legal, only time will tell?
Were some shareholders given priority materially prejudicing other shareholders? We will find out!
