Mark McGowan, an attorney or in Austraianspeak, a lawyer, became the MP for Rockingham in December 1996, an adopted town, 10 months before the murder of 11 year old Gerard Ross on October 1997,
WA Police helped catch Cowan for the Morcombe crime but have suggested unreliably and unsubstantiated that Cowan has alleged he was serving time in prison at the time of Gerard Ross’ murder even tho some news outlets and Kristin Shorten’s West Australian investigation have suggested he was out on parole later residing in Queensland where he later was convicted for the Morcombe murder.
Soes that coincidence and the continual lack of confirmation of Cowan’s alibi from WA Police seem strange to you.
They have ruled out Cowan from being person of interest despite the many similarities. there is evidence that Cowan was out at the time of Ross’s murder.
The Father of Gerard Ross mysteriously lost a job in Newman after the murder and had to return to Scotland. Neman was an ALP town at the time of the Ross murder in Rockingham.
Even Daniel Morcombe’s father thinks the coincidences are similar.
Why has the MP now Premier Mark McGowan not sought more direct evidence from WA Police on where Cowan was? I mean you are either in prison or you ain’t. Seems an insane lack of confirmation from WA Police.
