The amazing thing about this whole shame inquiry is that it almost got away with its complete shamness in the 21st century. If it wasnt for Credlin asking for the actual records it would have come out with a wish washy final statement like "no individual blame, just a collective failure of Government/police caused the outbreak".
In the 21st century its impossible for there to not be complete records, from calls/emails/msgs/whatsapp etc. It all has a digital record. Even just go to the god damn signed contract for the private security. Dan selecting Coate had the main objective of "who is the oldest least computer literate judge available who will completely miss asking for digital records (the best evidence available) that will be sure to incriminate us.
