If you are not making enough revenue in proportion the operating expenses some things have to give. You can't ask a horse to take you to the hills without giving him enough food to keep him going.
Time for a pay cut in line with the revenue and profit you are generating boys. This would be the most honourable and smartest thing they could do, otherwise they will face a pretty big backlash god forbid CCC goes under.
