Just to be clear, Gage Roads is simply a point of comparison - there aren't too many who are ASX listed with the required disclosure. I would have considered that helpful.

I'll believe the substance of the China deal when the company reports some numbers. Until then, we'll have to rely on the ASX, ATO and ASIC to keep them in-line.
