Broo is selling beer but running a significant loss per last quarterly report. Undoubtedly they will require a large chunk of capital before they become profitable as there volumes will need a big boost.
They have also signed a contract with a Chinese distribution company for 1.5billion litres of beer sales over 7 Years, where are they getting this beer from? That’s approx 215 million litres per annum! That’s a monster facility or they simply won’t deliver to contract. The revenue of $17 million per year which equates to circa 7 cents per litres packed and sent to China is mind boggling how they will even turn a profit.
DYOR on this one please.
