I think this could be an interesting experiment. I have read nothing of it bust there must be some economic theory/model behind it. Incentive will still be there for those that aspire to more than a basic lifestyle or are driven to wealth accumulation ect given the problem with Communism was lack of incentive, competition and risk/reward.
