Yes it must be a terrible first world problem to have there.
Holding cash or having excess cash flow (my lucky problem) will provide the same opportunities when the inevitable correction comes, I suspect the recovery will be long and slow so there will be plenty of time to sift through the rubble.
I ummed and arred about buying ARB, got great input from ARB holders and ended up simply missing the boat. That happens. In saying that but when the correction does come I will probably find myself topping up most of the other companies that I hold before I would make my initial purchase of ARB.
I totally agree with Adam, this isn't going to end well. But it will be a great opportunity for ARB type holders and the like.
