I like what you have written.
I will add further that many investors in ARB are long term value investors and have seen the company grow year-on-year because of strong management and products.
If it drops down below $15 I would look to buy more, but think it is fairly (fully) priced now. I don't think that there is ever a "best time" to get into ARB, but if you buy at a reasonable price and put the shares in the bottom drawer, in the long term ARB will be a solid investment in any portfolio.
