A small lift in the echange rate untill this one gets sorted out with the British High court determining that the nationwide poll was not enough legal authority for the British Government to leave the European Community the MPS A actually have to approve it as well.
What happens if an MP votes against it because the majority in his electorate voted against it. Do the British have the voters evenly enough spread among electorates so that the result would be the same .
