i would have suggested it has no effect. operations in one wont exclude the availability to enter another. i.e. it makes no difference to us that most of south east asia isnt one country or economic union, we still plan on targeting separate islands. the EU will continue to operate and put up funds/grants for clean energy and so will brittian (just separately in the scenario where they leave the EU).

Literally no one in Germany is sitting in an office saying "well if the uk leave, im cutting funding to our clean energy grant" ........ nor are the Brexit supporters thinking "you know what would really get at the EU, cutting funding to clean energy research! thatll show em"....

so i'd suggest that literally nothing will change (in terms of grants/availability and market entrance)
