Brexit should be a positive for those reasons cited by Dr Who including lower pound and Au denominated debt, but also changing laws from EU rules to new British laws will require more legal advice and hence more legal enquiry. I doubt Brexit will happen but it will be close, hopefully enough to allow the Pollies to tenegotiate with the EU
