You playing psychology to convince yourself or creating bullish scenario to convince others ?
How would the housing market improve in medium term? Interest rates going down is the only possibility but that will pump up the property prices even further out and income growth won't catch-up !
looking at price going down for the share you hold is bad but company is honest to come out with clarity on downward pressure they are getting on profitability and you had choice to sell with the news or hang on to it if you believe it will come back but no point making up stories in my opinion.
