I'd like to please ask a question to those who follow BRI closely...
EBITDA of $20m at half year (as per reporting).
EBITDA of $25m at 9 months into FY24 (as per announcement 30 April 2024).
What should I make of this? Is there some accounting for the recent acquisition transaction during Q3? The transaction closed circa 01 May 2024... so I am not understanding either what has distorted the EBITDA for Q3, or why EBITDA would have otherwise genuinely declined so much.
