Fact is even the best government efforts will see a serious shortfall in housing. So much demand for the next 20 years, and even if BRI is a smaller player they will be full to the brim with orders. The recent work to make the business lean and with systems connecting all units to make payments, ordering, deliveries etc more efficient and cheaper will pay off massively. BRI makes money, other companies that may be "sexy" dont. BRI absolutely perfectly placed and again under $1.50 fill ya boots!
