Thank you for your detailed post.

An observation:
Bob McNeil did not increase his shareholding in MMN as a result of the now closed issue.
His net increase is only 350K MMNO.

Many were against the issue and clearly the support was so so.
However the company need cash to get to the point of mining silver.

We can now expect them to take a different approach.
- Make a share placement (at what price?)
- use available lines of credit
- or perhaps sell down some of the holding in NGG. (now there is an idea Bob McN.)
