I've only had a quick look at the report, but I think the answer may be on page 14:
"On 1 July 2011 the Company Secretary’s permanent employment was terminated following the closure of the Company’s Melbourne office. From that date he has been engaged as a casual employee, with work based on the Company’s requirements, and with a flat all inclusive daily remuneration rate to compensate for casual loading, annual leave, sick leave and lack of continuity of service."
