I think the market missed last week's announcement in their Market Update, that IDC completed a Landmark Milestone with the Enga Provincial Govt completing its review of the LIR and LIS and it is now in the final stage of completion, the Landowner Clan Leaders have been in discussion with IDC's PNG Company Summit Development, the MRA, the National Lands Department since late September 2014 and will complete this final signoff by Mid October 2014.

This is the only reason why Rio Tinto didnt go live with gold production at Mt Kare 30 years ago! They failed to correctly identify the Mt Kare Landowners.
