"correct identification of the Mt Kare Landowners"

Who are the "legal" Landowners, nectar?  Do you have a "confirmed" list?

According to the "kappa man" post....."The previous results of the Indochine/Summit Land owner study does not accurately provide the cultural and traditional land owners of Mt Kare"

Kare Puga Development Corporation - are mentioned by all the previous Mt Kare tenement holders as being legitimate "landowners" -  yet this is the group who have commenced legal proceedings  against IDC.

Yes, nectar, RIO failed to achieve the "correct" indentification - will IDC follow in their footsteps - that is the big question.

Anyone know how this legal challenge is going?  Has it come before the courts yet?   Not expecting IDC to update it's shareholders - that would be asking too much.
