I would suggest it could be argued that this activity potentially breaches 5.7.1 as it is solely to create the illusion of active trading by artificially exaggerating the number of trades in a day and also to move the published price on extremely low volume. No doubt the bots have expensive lawyers but it clearly is manipulation in my book and should not be allowed. How can it be justified? What is the purpose if not to manipulate? I won’t be taking it up but feel free to do so.
