Harry Boon should be ousted and
r e p l a c e d b y A n d r e w P r i c e w h o
has the backing of at least 5% of
shareholders. This is an “out of the
frying pan into the fire decision”
for long-suffering shareholders to
consider:- Harry Boon is a classic
example of a director overloaded
with the equivalent of 6 directorships;
Andrew Price has no experience as
a public company director, has not
said how he could make a difference
to PaperlinX but seeks the position of
Executive Chairman.
