I never saw anything about Mr Price going for 'Executive Chairman"? Unless the ASA have a different set of voting papers to the ones I received, Mr Price was standing as a NED.

I never had a lot of respect for the ASA and now I have even less.

I would never allow the ASA to control my proxy vote, especially after this disaster. They probably held the decision in their mis-informed hands.
