BKW got a low entry level investment , knowing covered by any announced involvement in WaaS process , which will increase SP.Bought on and off market.
In many ways FBR can thank BKW for getting SP to 5c and enabling CR for $20m
Similarly , maybe Mike's overseas trip was to potential players to invest at low entry level .?
