yes ....good old appeasement policy - worked well in the 1930's didn't it ! Those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it .

Sachs is erudite - but VERY WRONG too .....by being weak you invite aggression /conflict .....by being srtong you discourage it . Stopping putin in Ukraine helps prevent ww3 not encourages it .
