Many of the countries joining Brics are relatively poor and relatively unstable, so who is going to guarantee payments if/when we have this economic downtrun

It is all very nice to say we don't need the US dollar but when your poor neighbor wants to buy all your farm goods with their worthless money, just because they are joint Brics members , are you going to be silly enough to say yes ???

Even banks sometimes say no to money transfers when the other party is going poorly
