    Several contributors to the gold forum have hailed the BRICS as the beginning of the end for US dollar dominance of world finance and the rise of gold.

    So when the BRIC fail to turn up to calm this "storm in a tea cup", I think it is reasonable to question whether they (both the contributor and the BRICS) should be taken seriously.
