You are comparing superpowers and only ever narrow in on the US from 20 years ago! but conveniently leave out the rest of the picture, always avoiding mention of Saddam Hussein and his assault on the Iraqi population. You have to know what you want.
How about mentioning China's human rights violations, military build-up and aggressivity since we're talking BRICS (which is really just China) in 2023.
