I think it is important to have exposure to BRICS for long term diversity of income and assets in the face of some quite unhealthy trends in the collective West.
America and EU have political and financial problems the like of which I have not even in my lifetime.
USD as dominant trading currency will continue to wane, and that's a good thing.
