    Hey all

Well, the last three weeks or so has seen many of us, in our own ways, placing pressure on the Scheme. This week will see the communication being targeted at potential voters.

The pressure now rises rapidly for them with us now largely in a holding mode.

I won't even bother dissecting the last announcement from John Anderson - no time and too many holes that are just so obvious. I must say I expected a much better strategical move but this time my disappointment is accepted happily :)

I lodged the last NO vote this morning.

Will a 3rd party come in ? - It is possible but moving to unlikely as the clock ticks.

What will STO / ESG do ? - Don't know, don't care - it is up to them now.

It is simple - up the offer or distort the price strongly upwards.

I first thought the YES vote was a 'shoe in ' , now I am not so sure but still lean towards that outcome.

Regardless of the outcome there will be scrutiny on certain information provided / not provided to the market.

Well done to all concerned on a very good fight in the circumstances - they are very concerned about it all - that I do know !

Many fine words have been written on the ESG thread over the last 2 years or so. DB you have always been so skilled with language and so eloquent.

It is ironical, DB that of all the wonderful words & phrases that you have provided us - I chose a basic one of yours to describe the whole saga...

"tell then to go jump " (paraphrase).

So, ESG / STO you have handled this so badly with disrespect to many, many good and trusting people...now you can sweat for the next 2 weeks, take your mangy offer and approach and GO JUMP !

    the best to all
