In the most recent 5B they refer to the repayment date of the bridging facility as 12 months from the date of finance arrangement date.
A reasonable person (I did) may well assume the arrangement date coincided with the date they announced the facility to the market back in May 2022.
Now from the response to the ASX query I discover that the repayment date is actually 10 April which makes it even worse.
The fact that KCN management would use tactics in the 5B disclosure to disguise the magnitude of the peril they face worries me - what else are they hiding or not fully disclosing?
