My take on the previous announcements about settlement is that KCN will get some benefits in the form of:
- grants for the refurbishment
- grants for green initiatives
- royalty holidays
Tax holidays for 8 years have already been announced.
All of this impacts what short term money needs to be borrowed.
This all needs to be sorted before gold production, so I think we will know soon!
Hesitation to commit to Taurus or banks seems to be from KCN, not that there is a problem with lending offers.
Market is pricing in lending issues that I don't believe exist.
I now have my fill of shares, having topped up today. I will hold long term and hope for a nice feed of dividends for a company that will reduce the share pool over time.
