One thing we have to keep in mind with the RSC and the operating company structure that has been set up, Roc will only directly benefit from the BC JV through dividend payments from the JV company .
I suspect that the cash flow back to ROC may be rather limited to start with. I assume that there will be a rather significant amortisation requirement for the project debt before the JV shareholders see much cash back to them from the JV company.
