The question remains, however:

Why is it being left to posters on forums to decipher and evaluate the ARU announcement, even after the supposedly clarifying explanatory presentation a couple of days later by the company?

Surely, all of these reasons, all the economics, all the long term gain that is expected after the short term pain - ALL of that should have been explained in the very first announcement the other day?

If posters on here can interpret the facts that have been so well hidden and explained not at all, why didn't the company do it? It may just have blunted some of that sell off.

It's called spin - and there was NO positive spin in the announcement - just a 9-12 month delay and the preempting of another cash grab. That was guaranteed to send the share price down..!

I think ARU should sack their current PR department (if they even have one) and hire a really good spin doctor outfit!
