After seeing Brierly take a substantial position in CSE I am conducting some initial research here and would be interested to read others thoughts. I note that there is an upcoming General Meeting at which four new directors are seeking election. I have read a letter to shareholders written by the four who are seeking election (I am surprised that it hasn't been released to the market). Anyway it seems like the existing board have presided over a company which is now worth only what they have raised in capital over the years. Given this performance, I would have thought some fresh blood on the board to steer the company to greater prosperity might be a good thing. What are other thought on this?

In any case it will be intriguing to watch what Brierly is up to here. I'll be watching for trading opportunities.
