Since we're doing opinions , it is my opinion that the reason for the delay in changing the LYC price target is that they are waiting for the concentration plant to finish.
2 months ago, they thought they would only need to wait a few weeks, then a month later again, and a month later again. I'm not sure when they plan to start it up now, or whether they will delay it again. Anyhow, I think that once it starts up, price targets will be updated significantly upwards. Then we can say hello to $3.
