Hi richardn,
An American shareholder of Lynas depository receipts has kindly pointed out to the Shareholders Action group that all companies listed on the NYSE must comply with the NYSE Listed Company Manual -esp Sect 303A.00- The Section dealing with Corporate Governance.
He is making enquiries on our behalf at the SEC and the NYSE as to their approach to the Chairman's blatant conflict of interest
in this matter.
