tre recent placement at 11cents was issued in two or more traches recent 3B 30/4 for 5million odd but on 27/3 27mil got issued.
From memory that Placement at 11 cents was to raise $4mil so it covered some 36mil number to be issued.
Strangely at least to me the issuing of the Placement was staggered/not all at the same time yet this placement was declared as oversubscribed but appears to have been distributed when the sophisticated investors get the money together month or two later! very strange never seen this before.Haven't bothered to tally up the 3B's to find if all the 36mil have issued even yet.

Then we have the various Option 10cents being taken up.These were issued at the 5.5cent placement back in December.
Interestingly these options issued in part to the "Quit" directors 'crew' of sophisticated investors so can we assume that these issued also fed sell on yesterday's volume?

Tylemahos imho the volume trading sell down over last fortnight and then yesterday's dump can be largely attributed to sophisticated investors from the placements.

Pure and Simple TON does not have a unique pool of sophistos who believe in long term tying up of capital holding.

It's sophistos,as a pool,have the characteristics of every other spec company on the ASX -"insider" get their holding cheap/discounted Buy Low and churn them over, sell higher ASAP.

Tylemahos a Board Room conflict especially by newly appointed directors is concerning. Doubly so when the only info "leaked" was that the Quitters had just 'organised' their sophistos into that 5cent+option placement and were determining participation in future imminent ones ie the March 11 cents.

Anyhow Tylemahos you can't expect to be fully informed by directors regarding especially finance matters.That's Big Boys business.
