We all have watched Ni fall in a long anticipated correction.
The facts are MCR is cheap.
If they only produce 17 000 tonnes Ni at a cost of $6 lb, and the Ni price is around $12 lb going forward, then with 196 million shares that equates to an EPS (before tax) of $1.14!!!
Even at a conservative PE of 5, then MCR really should be more like $5.70.
