    someone is very keen to accumulate as many OXX as come on the market in the lead up to the Cornea ann. OXX have to win either way. Either the Italian Giant drills it and OXX gets rerated on a possible giant gas/oil find, or they don't drill and are forced to surrender it to OXX. if this happens OXX gets rerated as a minnow with a 100% stake in some prime gas/oil prospective ocean acreage next to Shell, Chevron, BP etc. Nice. and it still has 30 mill cash, and 15 mill in equities. no brainer buying.
