The put options were in the notes as a contingent liability, coz at the time the probability of exercise was deemed "low". If we had plenty of cash, as well as developed end markets it would of been a good thing if they exercised the option as the trees would theoretically have had a higher value. Obviously, we have too much trees now and not enough cash/ability to sell said trees so its hitting the fan. I was aware of the put options, the AFR was too.
